Viewpark Boxing Club started in 2004. The club is proudly run by head coach Michael Murphy. Former WBU Middleweight Champion of the World Lawrence Murphy, former professional Gerard Murphy 

Boxing is a vocation and livelihood of many young people eager to channel their energy and need for social recognition in a positive and healthy direction.

VBC exists for one reason, to have a positive impact on the lives of the youth in the region, using the vehicle of organized Amateur boxing. VBC endeavors to instill discipline, self-esteem, improved citizenship, social skills and health consciousness in the minds and hearts of our valuable local youth.

Working together we believe that we can make a significant difference in the lives of our most precious resources – our youth.
